Refund & Cancellation

How to cancel your EFS subscription, when refunds apply, and what happens to your data and access when you leave.

Summary: Cancel anytime with no fee. You keep access until your paid period ends. New subscribers get a 7-day refund window. Professional service work already completed is non-refundable.

Section 01

Cancelling Your Subscription

Cancel any time by emailing or WhatsApp messaging EFS. No cancellation fee. No minimum period.

Section 02

When Refunds Apply

New subscriber — cancels within 7 days
✓ Full refund
First payment only. Contact us within 7 days.
Duplicate or billing error charge
✓ Full refund
Processed within 14 business days.
EFS service failure not remedied in 14 days
✓ Pro-rata refund
Must be reported in writing first.
Cancel after 7 days — current month
✗ No refund
Access continues until period end.
Upgrade Pro → Premium mid-cycle
✓ Credit applied
Unused Pro days credited to Premium cost.
Account terminated for Terms violation
✗ No refund
Prohibited use forfeits refund eligibility.
Section 03

Professional Services

Work completed: Fees for delivered work (filed returns, completed accounts, delivered reports) are non-refundable.

Work in progress: If you end an engagement early, you pay for work completed to that date, calculated pro-rata from the agreed fee.

Monthly retainers: The current month's retainer is non-refundable. Future months cancel with one month's written notice.

EFS errors: If our work contains errors, we re-do it at no charge. For errors causing quantifiable financial loss, contact us to discuss compensation.

Section 04

How to Request a Refund

Contact EFS with your email address, the charge date and amount, and your reason. We respond within 5 business days.
