How to cancel your EFS subscription, when refunds apply, and what happens to your data and access when you leave.
Summary: Cancel anytime with no fee. You keep access until your paid period ends. New subscribers get a 7-day refund window. Professional service work already completed is non-refundable.
Cancel any time by emailing or WhatsApp messaging EFS. No cancellation fee. No minimum period.
Work completed: Fees for delivered work (filed returns, completed accounts, delivered reports) are non-refundable.
Work in progress: If you end an engagement early, you pay for work completed to that date, calculated pro-rata from the agreed fee.
Monthly retainers: The current month's retainer is non-refundable. Future months cancel with one month's written notice.
EFS errors: If our work contains errors, we re-do it at no charge. For errors causing quantifiable financial loss, contact us to discuss compensation.
Contact EFS with your email address, the charge date and amount, and your reason. We respond within 5 business days.
