What is Every Financial Solution (EFS)?+
EFS is a professional financial services firm run by Big Four-trained accountants. We provide accounting, tax filing, Virtual CFO advisory, and investment tracking services — delivered digitally through the EFS Financial Operating System (EFS OS) at everyfinancialsolution.com.
What is EFS OS?+
EFS OS is a suite of five connected web portals: Money Manager (personal finance), Accounting Portal (business finance), PSX Platform (investments), Tax Portal (compliance), and Analytics (unified intelligence). One login works across all five. They share intelligence through the EFS Insights Engine but keep your data completely separate.
Who is EFS for?+
EFS serves three main client types: Business owners who need accounting and tax managed professionally; PSX investors who want professional portfolio tracking with AI insights; and individuals who want a serious personal finance tool. Many clients use multiple portals — a business owner might use Accounting, Money Manager, and Tax simultaneously.
Where is EFS based?+
EFS is based in Pakistan and primarily serves Pakistani individuals and businesses. Our team includes Big Four-qualified accountants with experience in FBR, SRB, SECP, and Pakistani financial regulations. We also serve Pakistani expats and businesses with operations in UAE, UK, and Canada.
Portals & Features
Do I need to use all 5 portals?+
No. Use only what you need. A salaried individual might only use Money Manager. A freelancer might use Money Manager and Tax. A business owner might use Accounting, Tax, and Analytics. You can activate additional portals at any time — your data in each portal stays completely separate.
Does EFS enter my accounting data, or do I?+
For the Accounting Portal, the EFS team enters your data. You upload documents (bank statements, invoices, receipts) and EFS processes them into proper journal entries, P&L, and balance sheet. You log in to view clean dashboards. You can also add transactions yourself for things like quick expense entries. The Tax Portal works the same way — EFS manages your filings, you upload supporting documents.
Is the PSX Platform real trading software?+
No. The PSX Platform is a portfolio tracking and analytics tool — not trading software. You manually enter your trades (what you bought/sold and at what price), and the platform tracks your portfolio value, P&L with all levies, and provides AI insights. To actually execute trades you need a SECP-registered broker. EFS does not execute trades on your behalf.
How does the EFS Insights Engine work?+
The Insights Engine is the intelligence layer connecting all portals. When something significant happens in one portal — like capital gains in PSX or owner withdrawals in Money Manager — it creates a human-readable insight message and sends it to the relevant portal. Raw data never crosses portals. For example, if you have capital gains in PSX, the Tax Portal receives the message "Capital gains PKR 340,000 — declare in return" — not your actual trade data.
What is Looker Studio in the Analytics portal?+
Google Looker Studio is a free business intelligence tool. In the Analytics portal, you can paste your Looker Studio embed URL and your live dashboard appears inside EFS. Once connected to your data source (Google Sheets or Supabase), it auto-updates. EFS can help you set up your first Looker Studio dashboard — it typically takes 2-3 hours after your data is in a real database.
Data Security & Privacy
Where is my financial data stored?+
Currently, EFS OS stores your data in browser localStorage — a private storage area in your own web browser on your own device. Your data does not leave your device during normal portal use. EFS is migrating to Supabase (a secure cloud database) to enable cross-device access. We will notify all clients before this migration.
Can EFS see my personal financial data?+
For the Accounting and Tax portals, yes — the EFS team needs to access your business and tax data to deliver services. For Money Manager and PSX, EFS can access your data through the admin panel if you have requested support, but we do not routinely review your personal data. Your data is only accessed when needed to deliver services.
Does EFS sell or share my data?+
Never. EFS does not sell, rent, or trade your financial data to any third party. We share data only with government authorities (FBR, SRB) when filing your taxes on your instruction, and with no one else. See our Privacy Policy for the full list of how your data is used.
Are there ads on EFS portals?+
No ads. Ever. EFS portals are completely ad-free. We do not display advertising, run retargeting, or allow any advertising network to access our platform. EFS makes money from service fees — not from your data.
What happens to my data if I cancel?+
After cancellation, your data remains accessible in read-only mode for 30 days. You can request a data export (CSV/JSON) at any time. After 30 days of inactivity post-cancellation, data is archived. EFS retains tax-related data for a minimum of 7 years as required by Pakistani law, after which it is deleted.
Pricing & Billing
Is there a free plan?+
Yes. The Free tier gives you access to all 5 portals at no cost — forever. You get full Money Manager access, PSX Platform for up to 10 stocks, and view access to Accounting and Tax portals. The Free tier does not include EFS-managed bookkeeping, tax filing, or AI insights. See our Pricing page for details.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?+
Yes. Cancel anytime from your account settings or by contacting EFS. Monthly subscriptions cancel at end of the billing month — no refund for the current month but no future charges. Annual subscriptions have a 14-day refund window. See our Refund Policy for full details.
How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?+
Contact EFS via email or WhatsApp to change your plan. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will always retain access until the period you have paid for expires.
What payment methods does EFS accept?+
EFS accepts bank transfer (all Pakistani banks), EasyPaisa, JazzCash, and international wire transfer for overseas clients. We do not currently process card payments online — contact us to arrange payment.
Getting Started
How do I get started with EFS?+
Three steps: 1) Create a free account at everyfinancialsolution.com. 2) Choose which portals you need — you can start with just Money Manager or just PSX Platform. 3) For accounting and tax services, contact EFS to begin your engagement. We will set up your portal, request initial documents, and get your books up to date.
How long does EFS take to set up my accounting?+
For new clients, EFS typically takes 5–10 business days to process your initial documents and populate your portal with historical data. Ongoing monthly bookkeeping is updated within 5 business days of the month end. The exact timeline depends on the volume and complexity of your transactions.
What documents do I need to provide?+
For accounting: bank statements, sales invoices, purchase invoices, payroll records, and lease agreements. For tax: CNIC/SNIC, previous tax returns (if any), salary certificates, business income evidence. You can upload documents directly in your portal or share them via WhatsApp. EFS will request anything specific to your situation during onboarding.
Can I use EFS on mobile?+
Yes. All EFS portals are mobile-responsive and work in any modern mobile browser. The PSX Platform is also a Progressive Web App (PWA) — you can add it to your home screen for an app-like experience. Dedicated native apps are on the roadmap.
