Acceptance of Terms
By registering for an account, accessing any EFS portal, or engaging EFS for financial services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
These terms apply to all EFS portals at everyfinancialsolution.com including Money Manager, Accounting Portal, PSX Platform, Tax Portal, and Analytics.
You must be at least 18 years old to use EFS services. By accepting these terms, you represent that you are 18 or older.
Services Described
EFS provides the following services:
- Professional accounting and bookkeeping (managed by the EFS team)
- Tax filing and FBR/SRB/PRA/KPRA compliance management
- Virtual CFO advisory and financial reporting
- Personal finance tracking via the Money Manager portal
- PSX investment portfolio tracking and AI-powered trade insights
- Unified financial analytics via the Analytics portal
Important: EFS portals are tools for financial management and reporting. The PSX Platform provides portfolio tracking and AI-generated insights that are informational in nature — they are not regulated investment advice. See our Disclaimer for full details.
EFS team-managed services (Accounting, Tax) are delivered by qualified professionals. Portal tools (Money Manager, PSX Platform) are self-service with EFS oversight.
Your Account
When you register, you must provide accurate and complete information. These terms are entered into with EFS Global Advisory Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, trading as Every Financial Solution. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account.
- You must not share your login credentials with unauthorised persons
- You must notify EFS immediately of any suspected unauthorised access
- EFS team members will never ask you for your password
- You are responsible for ensuring your contact information remains current
- One account per individual or business entity unless agreed otherwise
EFS reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, provide false information, or engage in misuse of any portal.
EFS Obligations
EFS commits to:
- Delivering accounting, tax, and advisory services with reasonable professional care and skill
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your financial data as described in our Privacy Policy
- Notifying you of material changes to services, pricing, or these terms with reasonable notice
- Keeping your portal data secure and accessible during the term of your engagement
- Processing your documents and updating your portals within the agreed timeframes
- Filing your tax returns accurately and on time when you have provided all required documents
EFS does not guarantee specific financial outcomes, investment returns, or tax savings. Our obligation is to deliver professional services with due care — not to guarantee results.
Your Obligations
As an EFS client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and timely information and documents required for service delivery
- Notify EFS promptly of material changes to your business, income, or financial circumstances
- Pay all agreed fees on time
- Not use EFS portals for any unlawful purpose including tax evasion or financial fraud
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute EFS software or portal code
- Not upload malicious files or attempt to compromise platform security
- Ensure all business transactions you report to EFS are legitimate and accurately described
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of information you provide to EFS. If inaccurate information leads to errors in financial statements or tax filings, EFS cannot be held liable for those errors.
Payment & Billing
EFS services are available on Free, Pro, and Premium subscription plans as described on our pricing page. The following terms apply:
- Pro and Premium plans are billed monthly or annually as agreed at time of signup
- All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated
- Subscription fees are due in advance at the start of each billing period
- EFS reserves the right to adjust pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers
- Failed payments may result in portal access being restricted until payment is received
- Annual plans paid upfront are non-refundable after 14 days — see our Refund Policy
EFS professional services fees (accounting, tax filing, Virtual CFO) are agreed separately in your service engagement letter and are not part of portal subscription fees.
Intellectual Property
All EFS portal code, design, content, and branding including the EFS OS architecture, portal designs, logo, and name "Every Financial Solution" are the intellectual property of EFS.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any EFS platform code or design without explicit written permission.
Your data remains yours. EFS claims no ownership over any financial data, documents, or information you provide. You may export or request deletion of your data at any time.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Pakistani law, EFS's liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or our services is limited to the fees you paid to EFS in the 3 months preceding the claim.
EFS is not liable for:
- Investment losses arising from PSX Platform insights or AI recommendations
- Tax penalties resulting from information you provided that was inaccurate or incomplete
- Loss of data due to you clearing your browser storage (localStorage)
- Service interruptions due to internet outages, third-party service failures, or force majeure
- Decisions you make based on EFS financial reports or portal data
EFS portal AI insights and financial reports are informational tools, not guarantees. All significant financial and investment decisions should be made with appropriate professional advice.
Termination
Either party may terminate the service relationship:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting EFS
- EFS may terminate your account for breach of these terms, non-payment, or fraudulent activity
- EFS may discontinue any portal or feature with 30 days notice
- Upon termination, you may request a data export within 30 days
Following termination, EFS retains your financial data for the legally required period (minimum 7 years for tax-related records) and then deletes it in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Disputes & Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms or EFS services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
If a dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days of written notice, it shall be referred to arbitration in Karachi, Pakistan, under the Arbitration Act 1940 (as amended).
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a Pakistani court.
Changes to Terms
EFS may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you by email or WhatsApp at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of EFS services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
